I'd consider going with stalker instead and making use of furious call and evasive fire to avoid melee as much as possible. Either way you'll want 3 weapon slots to keep you doing damage 100% of the time. For 2 handed I'd take the quarterstaff, pike, or pollaxe.
You might want to consider a shield also. Otherwise bow or rod are your best bet for 2 handed because of multiple damage types.įor a melee weapon backup I'd go dagger for deflection with single or dual. The chant will effect that as well so in the end they are going to be real close to the same in dps except where one won't penetrate or the mob is immune.
Scepter will take care of the others.ĭon't worry much about reload speed not being useful on scepter it's still going to put out damage and much faster than the pistol. With pistol alone you will run into a lot of underpenetration and immune to pierce mobs. If you plan on mostly ranged and want pistol i'd consider using pistol dual or single and scepter dual or single.
